PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Vicin (VC02) tile adhesive is a prepackaged cement-based product, manufactured on modern production lines according to the additive formula of Thailand. Selected raw materials, improved flexibility, modified with high performance polymer with increased adhesion and anti-slip properties. When mixed with water, the Mortar/Glue has very high plasticity and adhesion. The product meets Vietnam quality standards 7899- 2:2008 and ISO 13007-2:2005.
APPLICATION:
- Product apply for laying tile and Stones, Mosauic tile,... On the floor and interior, MEDIUM AND SMALLER SIZE Brick 80x80.

CONSTRUCTION SURFACE PREPARATION:
- The construction surface must be flat, firm, clean, free from grease, dirt and other impurities...
- If applying in conditions of high temperature and direct sunlight, it is necessary to water to reduce the temperature of the surface and at the same time carry out curing after completion of construction.
MIXING AND APPLICATION OF PRODUCTS:
- Need 5-6 liters of clean water (or adhesive strengthening solution) into the bucket, slowly pour in the glue powder and mix well.
- Use a slow speed mixer, mix until the product has a uniform plasticity, stop mixing for about 3-5 minutes for the product to react chemically, mix again and then apply.
- Use a serrated trowel to evenly apply the glue mixture to the construction surface, creating a layer of 2-5 mm thick to increase the contact area between the brick surface and the construction surface, to avoid peeling and cracking of the brick.
- Place, align the tiling material, use a rubber hammer (or a generator) to tap evenly on the surface of the tiling material to ensure that the material is evenly glued and firmly adhered.
PRESERVATION:
- In a dry place, do not put on the floor, do not stack more than 10 bags. (HSD 12 months).
