Non Shrink Construction Grout Wel 803

• Characteristics:

SURFACE CLEANING:
- Before construction, it is necessary to clean concrete or steel surfaces, free from grease and impurities. Install the formwork firmly, make sure there is no leakage.
- The absorbent surface needs to be saturated but not stagnant. Use pressure water to wash away impurities and dirt.
- Adhesive plaques or weak concrete surfaces need to be completely chiseled away by mechanical means.

PROCEED MIXING:
- Put Grout Wel 803 slowly into the tank of clean water that has been pre-quantified with a mixing ratio of 4.5 liters of clean water for 25 kg of powder.
- Continuously stir with a mixer at a maximum speed of 500 rpm for about 5 minutes until the mixture is no longer lumpy and homogeneous as required.
- Leave the mixture for 3 minutes, then mix again before application.

CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Apply the mortar mixture immediately after mixing, the time allowed to apply is about 30 minutes at a temperature of 25 ± 2°C.
- Apply grout with a dedicated pump or pour it freely, ensuring that the flow of grout is maintained continuously.
- To reduce the initial heat of hydration, cold water can be used to mix the mortar or use flint with a particle size of 1.7 - 5.0mm to add to the fresh mortar mixture. The used glaze should be washed, drained and put into the mixing tank when the mortar mixture has been uniformly mixed. Concentration of flint used from 50 - 100% compared to the volume of dry mortar.

MAINTENANCE WORK:
- Products after construction need to be maintained according to the same process as other cement-based products. Minimize the loss of water due to evaporation of the product with available materials such as: water-impregnated bags, plastic sheets or curing compounds.

STORAGE AND STORAGE:
- Minimum 12 months in original unopened packaging and stored in cool dry conditions below 30°C.

SAFE:
- Grout Wel 803 is a product containing cement, so it is alkaline and can be caustic on contact. Appropriate measures should be taken to minimize direct skin contact. If material gets into eyes, rinse and see a doctor.

CLEANING:
- Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after application.
- Grout Wel 803 when solidified can only be removed by mechanical means.
